At the beginning of my journey, I believed luxury was something universal. But after 15 years working across continents, cultures, and categories, my thinking has completely changed.

Perfume was once an exclusive indulgence - today it is accessible to millions. Seafood is everyday cuisine in parts of Asia, yet a fine dining luxury in Europe. For some, business class is a privilege. For others, first class is simply efficiency - protecting time and energy.

This realization changed how I evaluate brands, markets, and even leadership inside the luxury sector. There is no single definition to protect - only relevance to understand.
